Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must:

• Have the original tags attached

• Be unused and in resellable condition

• Include the original proof of purchase

Exchange Process
During the exchange process, you may choose a different size or an entirely different item from our online store. If you prefer not to wait for the return to be received, you can opt for an instant exchange.

With the instant exchange, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the value of the new items, and your new order will be processed immediately. You will have 21 days to ship your return items.

If your return is not in transit within 21 days, the full amount of the new items will be charged to your card.

Devoluciones y Reembolsos
Aceptamos devoluciones para crédito en tienda, cambio o reembolso dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha de compra. Toda mercancía devuelta debe:

• Tener las etiquetas originales adjuntas

• Estar sin uso y en condiciones de reventa

• Incluir el comprobante de compra original

Proceso de Cambio
Durante el proceso de cambio, puede seleccionar otra talla o incluso un producto completamente diferente desde nuestra tienda en línea. Si no desea esperar a que se reciba la devolución, puede optar por un cambio instantáneo.

Con el cambio instantáneo, se realizará una retención temporal en su tarjeta de crédito por el valor de los nuevos artículos, y su nuevo pedido se procesará de inmediato. Tendrá 21 días para enviar los artículos que desea devolver.

Si su devolución no está en tránsito dentro de los 21 días, se cargará el importe total de los nuevos artículos en su tarjeta.
